Job Summary

As a key member of the WW Partner Marketing team, you will be responsible for providing a delightful digital experience for our Nutanix Partners.

This role is a critical growth driver for Nutanix by enabling greater partner autonomy. You will deliver robust new features; ensure more complete data insights; and deliver smooth launches, migrations, and day to day operations of our key partner marketing platforms.

You will work closely with external vendors and internal channel programs, sales, and marketing teams to understand partner and internal user feedback and platform business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an ongoing roadmap of platform features on time and on budget for: Nutanix Partner Portal, XPAND partner demand center, Partner XTRIBE community rewards platform, and BDF (Business Development Funds) tool
  • Orchestrate and drive urgent resolution of key operational, launch, and data reporting issues that are high priority SLA for the business – yet require a complex network of vendor, business application, sales and marketing operations, and business stakeholders to resolve
  • Create and modify web page content and graphics to optimize platform user experience
  • Generate reporting that drives insights into platform performance, adoption, activity levels, consumption and activation, and service levels
  • Be front line of support to internal community of channel sales, marketing, and programs employees and partner community for questions on platform features or performance
  • Drive effective internal collaboration with partner marketing, marketing operations, channel sales operations, enablement, SaaS engineering, IT, external vendors and many other stakeholders to deliver new and maintain existing platform features

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ yrs. experience in customer success or project management at SaaS company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in web applications and programming languages such as HTML, and CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery and APIs a plus
  • Experience with and/or understanding of CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and PRM platforms


  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or marketing disciplines


  • Raleigh NC, or remote
