Senior Education Course Developer
- Review and analyze Nutanix customer training requirements, as documented in certification design documents.
- Use Nutanix software products to understand features and functionality.
- Write clear, precise, technically accurate descriptions and procedures for concepts and feature of Nutanix products.
- Design engaging, interactive learning content in keeping with standards and guidelines developed by the customer education team.
- Review content for grammatical correctness, technical accuracy, clarity, and brevity.
- Perform peer reviews to ensure that content quality standards are met.
- Act as an instructional design SME to other teams such as Marketing, Certification, Support, and Engineering.
- Familiarity with the Articulate suite of elearning applications, such as Storyline and Rise.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to collaborate well with other course developers to develop clear, comprehensive storyboards for Articulate Storyline-based elearning content (and similar tools).
- Strong design skills and the ability to take a storyboard and develop an interesting, engaging, interactive elearning output using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Excellent writing skills and experience in authoring formal content for a professional audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to facilitate meetings with multiple groups of stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to function as a creative self-starter and to work independently.
- The ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Experience working with and adhering to design standards.
- Detail orientation, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Program management experience.
