Field Systems Engineer (Brazil)
- Articulate the business outcomes and benefits of Nutanix solutions for the Customer.
- Understand the customer’s business drivers and how to map these to a Nutanix solution.
- Partner with sales counterparts in developing account plans, customer persona coverage models and proposal creation to recommend and design solutions based on Nutanix offerings.
- Foster long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor to our customers, identifying opportunities and selling Nutanix solutions.
- Collaborate with the wider presales team and obtain technical wins in the shortest and most professional manner.
- Manage complex accounts and larger sales transactions.
- Be a subject matter expert in one or more Nutanix products.
- Utilize your technical expertise, sales ability, and exceptional customer focus to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
- Play an active role in consulting with prospective users and conducting product capability assessments and validations to support the technical sales process.
- Install, support, and maintain Nutanix solutions during pre-sales proof of concept deployments.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations including Corporate HQ.
- You should have 6-9 years of Sales Engineering experience in a high-tech sales environment with a successful track record of driving customer adoption of technology.
- Hands-on, and “do what it takes” attitude to drive success.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Advanced (written and verbal) skills in English and Portuguese.
- Experience with Kubernetes and knowledge of AI technologies.
- Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
- A structured thinker with strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- You must possess a high level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge, including a thorough understanding of one or more of the following areas: Application Virtualization, Server Virtualization, Networking, Storage, Hybrid/Public/Private Cloud, Cloud Native Applications.
- You must have a proven track record of maintaining relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization
- You should be flexible, dependable, a self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies
- Ability to provide mentorship for new hires and peer colleagues
