Staff Consulting Architect
- Build, scale, and lead the Cloud Native practice globally, defining strategic direction and service offerings.
- Architect, design, and deploy Nutanix Kubernetes Platform solutions for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership in cloud-native technologies, including establishing best practices for DevOps workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of excellence in cloud and automation consulting.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and customer presentations to enhance client relationships and project acquisition.
- Contribute to process optimization and adherence to security and compliance standards within service delivery.
- Set and achieve first-year objectives for practice growth, client engagement, and technical thought leadership within the organization.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or virtualization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
- Expertise in Nutanix technologies (AHV, AOS, Prism, Calm).
- Experience with container platforms (Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, OpenShift, Tanzu).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and storage concepts.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Nutanix and Kubernetes certifications preferred (NCP, NCM, CKA/CKAD/CKS).
