The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the global sales operations' organization, by helping to manage our Xactly Sale compensation system and Adaptive Insights Quota Planning System. Be a subject-matter expert in Xactly or adaptive Insight maintenance and implementation.

Your Role
Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs. Troubleshoot intermittent data and/or break/fix issues. Maintain user permissions and role access. Analyze business requirements and translate them into an effective & efficient application configuration. Perform additional tasks related to the administration of Adaptive Insights/. Xactly as needed, work on special projects such as process improvements, automation, training and respond to inquiries from the sales team in a timely manner. Requirement:
What You Will Bring
Experience with using and implementing Xactly Incent or Adaptive Insights Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area of study 2–5 years’ experience in sales compensation Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask with moderate supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills
