About the Team
The Senior People Service Advisor will join our dynamic People Services team, which operates across the EMEA region. Our culture emphasizes open and honest communication, collaboration, and support among team members, fostering a positive environment where everyone contributes to the collective mission of providing exceptional HR support throughout the employee life cycle.
You will report to the People Service Manager, who is known for their dynamic and collaborative leadership style. The manager encourages an atmosphere of open dialogue and teamwork, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
The role is set up to be on-site, with a preference for the new hire to work in the office five days a week, there may be some flexibility if needed to accommodate personal circumstances.
Your Role
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee inquiries and support within Saudi Arabia.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records across all relevant government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
- Manage and oversee immigration and visa processes for employees in Saudi Arabia
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance team effectiveness.
- Liaise with key government entities to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with remote teams across EMEA, fostering open communication and support among team members.
- Support payroll administration through accurate and timely updates on employee records.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within HR operations.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience as an HR point of contact in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of labor laws.
- Expertise in HR operations, onboarding, and employee support processes.
- Hands-on experience using platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, MISA, MoC, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Manage all employee immigration processes in Saudi Arabia—including Iqama, work visas, business visas, and exit/re-entry permits—with active coordination through Muqeem and Qiwa platforms to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic, with the ability to accurately translate HR documents and communications between the two languages in alignment with local standards.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, or any other HRIS tools will be a plus, and proficiency in Excel and Google Drive is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
