Enablement Program Manager, Sales Methodology
- Design, Deliver, and Promote Sales Methodology Enablement to support the company’s plans and operations.
- Define and Deliver tools to support the use of the Sales Methodology
- Partner with Sales & Enablement Leadership to ensure stakeholder alignment between Sales Methodology enablement programs and the organization’s strategic goals.
- Support the Field Enablement team in the execution of the programs
- Maintain a solutions-focused approach, ensuring programs address critical challenges and empower the sales team to thrive in a competitive market.
- Drive initiatives that not only address current needs but also prepare the organization for future success in an evolving market landscape.
- Identify and integrate innovative learning and development solutions and tools that enhance seller performance and contribute to long-term organizational growth.
- design, develop and execute short and long-term scalable enablement plans that enable sellers to exceed revenue targets while adapting to the needs of a growing sales organization.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to develop compelling, high-impact content.
- Establish, track, and refine OKRs to measure the effectiveness of programs.
- Analyse metrics to assess program impact and make continuous improvements to optimize organizational productivity.
- 8+ years of working experience; preferably in sales or revenue enablement.
- Ability to command an audience and gain mindshare of sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinker who has built and delivered sustainable revenue enablement programs with proven ROI.
- Outcome/Solutions-orientated focused approach to projects design and deployment
- Cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment
- Program management and communications expertise Highly desired/preferred
- Sales Methodology experience as a contributor or a consumer
- Degree level education or equivalent.
