  • ハイタッチセールスとして、直接エンドユーザーにアプローチをし、SIパートナーとの販売を通じて新規顧客の獲得とビジネスの拡大を担う
  • SIパートナーを通じて販売機会を開拓するため、担当パートナー内の新しい部門や組織に入り込み、新しい販売関係を構築・開拓する
  • 見込み客とのセールスコールのアポイントメントを取り出席する
  • 見込み客とビジネス上の問題について話し合い、ビジネスニーズに対応した見積書、販売提案書の作成、またプレゼンテーションを実施する
  • RFPに対応し、見込み客のフォローアップを行う
  • 顧客のビジネスニーズに基づき、アカウントプランを作成する
  • 既存顧客と新しい見込み顧客とのビジネス関係を構築し強化する
  • マーケティング戦略を提案する
  • パイプラインのステータスをマネージャーにレポートする
  • 顧客に対するトレーニングの機会の提供、または促進する
  • Nutanixのソリューションを改善するために、製品に関するフィードバックをエンジニアリングチームに提供する



  • プレゼンテーション能力を含む、口頭および書面による強力なコミュニケーション能力
  • 営業部門、およびマーケティング、セールスオペレーション、システムエンジニアリング、製品開発などの各部門の社員と協働できること
  • アカウントセールス、ソリューションセールス、コンサルティングセールスの経験をお持ちの方
  • Nutanixのソリューションがどのようにビジネス上の問題を解決しているか、また競合状況を理解する適性をお持ちの方
  • ビジネス上の課題とNutanixのソリューションについて顧客とスムーズなコミュニケーションをとることができること
  • SFDCやその他CRMソフトウェアの使用経験
  • 連続した複数年において、営業ノルマを超過した実績があること



  • 5年以上のITソリューション営業の経験
  • Nutanixのソリューション・サービスの販売に必要な技術に関する専門性
  • 特定の大手顧客におけるアカウントマネジメントの経験
  • 学士号または同等の資格や経験



Essential to success in this role is a keen ability develop new business in relationship with Strategic Customers and to penetrate new divisions and organizations within such accounts. Nutanix provides unrivalled support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals. 



  • As a high-touch sales, you have responsibilities for acquiring new customer and expanding the business through selling with SI partners.
  • Develop selling opportunities through SI partners; penetrate new divisions and organizations within relative channel partner; develop new selling relationships within relative channel partner; develop new customer opportunities.
  • Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect in customer.
  • Discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
  • Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
  • Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  • Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
  • Recommend marketing strategies.
  • Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information.
  • Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
  • Provide product feedback back to engineering to improve Nutanix complete block solutions


  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and Nutanix data management storage solutions.
  • Experience using SFDC and other CRM software.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience preferred. 
  • Experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services is required.
  • Track record in running large accounts (Inbound/Outbound) in the Enterprise Data center or Cloud space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
