Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager

Nutanix is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. The Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager is responsible for driving our Internal Transfer and Employee Referral programs, partnering with key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Total Rewards, and HR Operations. This role will focus on unifying processes, best practices, process improvement, change management, communications, and day-to-day program operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and elevate the existing Internal Transfer and Employee Referral programs by working with key stakeholders to enhance programs for efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure program compliance; adjudicate exceptions
  • Work closely with Finance on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and headcount numbers
  • Identify opportunities to evolve programs in a rapid-growth and ever-changing environment
  • Act as a key partner to bridge the information and communication gap across employees, managers, and the People Organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition with in-depth knowledge of Internal Transfer programs and process is required
  • Possess an analytical, data-driven mindset towards problem solving
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent project management skills and acute attention to detail
  • Possess a positive, team player attitude and take a proactive approach with a commitment to task mentality
