About the Team

The Revenue Operations team at Nutanix is a dynamic group dedicated to driving efficiency and strategic insights across the organization. Based primarily in Serbia, the team operates remotely with members collaborating across various EMEA locations. The culture fosters open communication, collaboration, and adaptability, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. The team's mission is to streamline reporting processes and enhance operational effectiveness, allowing regional directors to focus on strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.

You will report to the Revenue Operations Business Partner, Remco, who is known for his inclusive leadership style that encourages team members to contribute ideas and foster collaboration. Remco emphasizes strategic engagement and supports the growth and development of his team. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, with no specific requirement for in-office days; however, occasional visits to the office for meetings or team collaboration may occur as necessary.

This role does not require any travel. The team primarily works remotely, and while some team members may occasionally visit the office for meetings, it is not mandatory for this position.

Your Role

• Pull, standardize, and analyze reporting data across various regions to enhance decision-making.
• Support revenue operations business partners by providing data insights and managing operational tasks.
• Prepare and deliver business review decks and presentations to communicate performance metrics effectively.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, country managers, and regional leads to gather and interpret data-driven insights.
• Streamline and standardize reporting processes to ensure consistency across regions.
• Engage with DealDesk and compensation teams to align operational strategies and workflows.
• Familiarize with company-specific tools and processes to enhance reporting efficiency within the first year.
• Identify opportunities to transition operational tasks into more strategic activities within the team.

What You Will Bring

• 5 to 8 years of experience in revenue operations or a related analytical role.
• Strong technical ability in data analysis and proficiency in tools like Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience preparing business review decks and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus but not essential.
• Understanding of company planning processes such as quota and territory planning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and adaptability to changing environments.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across regions.
