The Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing Analytics, Operations & Growth will be responsible for supporting the achievement of revenue business goals and strategic objectives of the EMEA Marketing and Global Demand Center teams. This role requires effective relationship management, the development of operational strategies, and the implementation of analytics programs to optimize marketing processes and increase productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving results. 


About the Team

The Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing Analytics, Operations & Growth will join the Global Demand Center Operations team at Nutanix. This team is primarily focused on fostering growth and driving marketing efficiencies through strategic operations and analytics across the assigned region. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Demand Center Operations, who emphasizes a balance between high-level strategy and day-to-day operational excellence. This leadership style fosters an environment where team members feel empowered, supported, and motivated to contribute to the marketing ecosystem. 


Your Role

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize, scale, and improve business processes across EMEA marketing. You will analyze results and trends to aid in strategic decision-making, align with revenue operations teams to break down silos, and represent EMEA Marketing in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of new systems. Additionally, you will manage a team that liaises between Global Demand Center Operations and EMEA Marketing, oversee the budget for the EMEA Marketing team, and ensure accurate reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operational Strategy Development: Optimize, scale, and improve business processes across EMEA marketing. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze results and trends to aid in strategic decision-making. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with revenue operations teams to break down silos and fuel demand growth. 
  • Change Management and Training: Represent EMEA Marketing in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of new systems. 
  • Team Management: Manage a team that liaises between Global Demand Center Operations and EMEA Marketing. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for the EMEA Marketing team and ensure accurate reporting. 

What You Will Bring

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field required; technical degree preferred. 
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations. 
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, with demonstrable ability to do Pivot Tables, VLookups, and more. 
  • In-depth understanding of data warehousing, marketing funnel, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables with high attention to detail. 
  • Extensive experience with Tableau, Marketo, LeanData, 6Sense, Wrike, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required; Openprise experience a plus. 
  • Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems. 
  • A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it. 
  • English is essential; Spanish is a plus. 

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
