About the Team

The Revenue Operations team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group primarily located in Serbia, with a mission to streamline operational processes and drive excellence within the sales organization. The team's culture is defined by a flat organizational structure that promotes transparency and open feedback. You will report to the Hiring Manager, who emphasizes a leadership style that values independence and open communication, fostering an environment where team members are encouraged to provide feedback and innovate. The work setup for this role is flexible, with openness to remote, hybrid, or on-site arrangements. There are no specific requirements regarding the number of days in the office if a hybrid model is chosen, allowing for adaptability to the new hire's preferences and needs.

This role requires travel for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to Germany, with the expectation of traveling either quarterly or every six months. This travel is essential for building relationships and ensuring alignment with the sales organization in that region.


Your Role

  • Guide new sales team members through onboarding processes, ensuring smooth quota allocation and alignment with company sales plans and deployment models. Conduct new hire inductions to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Stay updated on Nutanix sales strategies, territory plans, account management procedures, and sales systems to guarantee accurate and relevant reporting. Assist in weekly forecast and pipeline reviews for effective decision-making.
  • Handle various ad-hoc projects that demand analytical and strategic thinking, with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, and Deal Desk as necessary.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvement by evaluating existing business processes and systems to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for optimization. Serve as a trusted business partner to the regional sales director, providing critical insights for revenue growth.
  • Lead key relationships across Germany, driving regional sales business plan frameworks through planning cycles. Develop key metrics, OKRs, KPIs, analytics, and dashboards to measure performance and glean business insights effectively.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years in revenue operations and 10+ years supporting sales organizations.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and related tools (e.g., Clari) with strong Salesforce hygiene knowledge.
  • Experience in segmentation, headcount planning, and quota planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze performance data and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, independent work style.
  • Ability to onboard and train new talent in revenue operations.
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive, passion, and a can-do attitude to foster operational excellence.
