Order Processing Administrator

The Opportunity
The Order Management team is composed of approximately 15 individuals across the globe, strategically placed to cover worldwide support.
The team is a combination of a highly diverse set of professionals with a mix of experience in customer support, sales ops, and order management in the IT world. We have proudly motivated changes to help improve the order process cycle and SLA’s.
Our goal is to continue driving an excellent order management model for our sales teams while driving productivity through continuous improvement in processes and responsibilities managed by our team. We’re looking for an individual who will share our vision!
About the Team
The Order Management Administrator role sits within the Worldwide Deal Support and Order Management organization under Revenue operations. Your primary customer will be Nutanix sales teams but will work with multiple teams involved in the sales process. Some of these teams include Deal Desk, Bid Management, Sales Support & Shared Services, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and others which in turn creates a very dynamic.
Your Role
- Manage and Process AMER & LATAM incoming orders and MWD and RMA request daily within 4 business hours of receipt.
- Reviewing purchase order teams and conditions for company protection.
- Reviewing orders and opportunities for compliance including pricing, terms, and contract specifications.
- Monitor and advise Finance and Accounting on revenue recognitions and commission implications.
- Identify and implement improvement processes to increase order processing operational efficiency.
- Work with Order Fulfillment to coordinate product shipments and resolve issues with freight forwarders as needed in the time zone.
- Month-end and Quarter end support with extended hours.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations or Sales.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional high-end customer service.
- Experience in enterprise technology sales is a plus.
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures established by the business unit.
- Experience with order processing and sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Change Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency, and superior customer service.
- Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications – Proficient user.
- Enterprise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce.com.
- Oracle.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT related career experience.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
