Job Summary
As a Enterprise Systems Engineer Intern you will work closely with our field teams to drive sales into our large enterprise customers. You will partner with our channel team, marketing, and customers. You will be shadowing and working with your local Enterprise Systems Engineer.

The ESE role is a high-impact, multi-function role responsible for establishing Nutanix as a creative technical leader within assigned territory

Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to partners and customers
  • Leverage and learn from reseller/alliance/OEM/SI partner relationships to increase sales performance.
  • Install, support, and maintain Nutanix solutions in pre-sales POC deployments.
  • Participate in the consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel locally with Nutanix team to Partner Labs
  • Interest and desire to work in a high-velocity sales atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor';s degree program, specializing in computer science/computer engineering
  • Must be local to Durham, NC, San Jose, CA, Seattle, CA, or New York, NY
