Job Summary

 

Nutanix is looking for an enthusiastic People Business Partner to support our team in the delivery of people solutions for our employees. Contributing at both hands-on, operational, and strategic levels, we strive to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture as we scale our business.

 

In this role, you will lead the People Team priorities for the United Kingdom, Ireland, and a number of EMEA functions, and will be responsible for the overall talent agenda for both the UKI leader as well as leaders with EMEA responsibilities. The role requires you to run the full talent agenda, including providing strategic advice, leading projects and programs end to end, handling day to day matters, and ensuring we provide high service levels in a fast paced and high growth environment in partnership with the Associate PBPs, Global People Services team, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and People Development and Culture teams.

 

You will be on hybrid contract, with the opportunity to work from home and work in Theale or London offices as and when required. This role will report directly to the Director, EMEA People Business Partner team.

Responsibilities

 

You will partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective people strategy & the talent agenda.

 

Provide strategic business partnership to senior executives: provide executive mentorship of regional management, focus on performance management, leadership development, talent management, and conflict management.

 

Identify and deploy impactful policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows, in particularly for the key functions in partnership with.

 

Actively contribute to the development of Global/EMEA policies, processes, and procedures and responsible for the implementation in the region. Ensure the delivery of efficient and accurate People Programs and the services.

 

Partner with EMEA and US People leaders as well as other cross-functional teams across People Development and Culture, Compensation, and Total Rewards.

 

Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building.

 

Be willing to learn, develop skills in terms of employee relations, compliance within the regions.

 

Develop key metrics and develop action plans in areas of attrition, talent and employee engagement.

 

Deliver appropriate mentoring and development feedback to managers and employees.

 

And provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.

 

Support regional and functional leaders with Quarterly Business Review sessions, All Hands and employee meetings, and be an active, influencing participant in these calls as a People Business Partner.

 

Requirements

·       Minimum of 2 to 5 years as People Business partner or equivalent.

·       A BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or any similar combination of education and experience in a fast growing, international environment dealing with people management topics.

·       Shown ability to learn, understand strategic organizational issues and influence setting people agenda

·       Knowledge and experience with global businesses, familiar with HR practices and policies within the EMEA region (UK and Ireland in particular)

·       Shown agility in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate strong relationships globally

·       Hands-on mentality, with strong accountability and a get-it-done attitude

·       Strong analytical and organization skills

·       Capable and confident communicator with very strong personal presence

·       Exceptional collaborating, mentorship and facilitation skills

·       Willingness to travel as this role may include occasional domestic and international travel
