The Opportunity 

Nutanix is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Principal Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a key driver of operational excellence, global TA initiatives, and cross-functional transformation efforts across the recruiting organization. 
In this role, you will oversee the Talent Acquisition project portfolio, lead complex global programs, and partner across TA, People, Finance, IT, and business leadership to design and scale recruiting processes, tools, and programs that improve how we attract and hire talent globally.

 About the Team 

The Global Talent Acquisition team at Nutanix is focused on building scalable, data-driven, and human-centered hiring experiences that enable the business to grow. We partner closely with leaders across the company to evolve our hiring strategy, processes, systems, and programs while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring team experience. 
The TA Operations function plays a critical role in driving innovation, operational scale, and continuous improvement across our recruiting ecosystem. 

 Your Role 

  • Manage and prioritize the global TA project and program portfolio, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and business outcomes

    Lead complex, cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives from strategy through execution and adoption

  • Design and operationalize scalable global recruiting programs, processes, and enablement initiatives
  • Partner closely with TA leadership, recruiters, People Partners, Finance, IT, and vendors to drive alignment and execution 

  • Build and maintain project plans, governance structures, communication strategies, success metrics, and executive-ready updates

    Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase scalability, consistency, and effectiveness across the recruiting lifecycle 

  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of TA technologies and integrations 

  • Develop change management and enablement plans to support successful rollout and adoption of new tools and programs globally 

  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement efforts

    Act as a trusted operational advisor to TA leadership by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities 

  • Lead global enablement and adoption strategies for new TA processes, tools, and operating models 

    Develop communication frameworks, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans to support organizational change  

  • Influence adoption and operational consistency across a distributed global recruiting organization   

What You Will Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or related functions

    Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global environment  

  • Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and executive communication

    Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and operational frameworks 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

    Experience working with Talent Acquisition technologies, ATS platforms, scheduling tools, reporting systems, or HRIS platforms 

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and execution-oriented with strong attention to detail

    Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups 

    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 147,200 and USD $ 294,000 per year.

    However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

    If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
