Channel Sales Manager
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for National Systems Integrators (NSIs) to achieve partnership growth goals.
- Drive demand generation programs aligned with NSI initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline and increase net-new logo growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure program execution aligns with company objectives.
- Track and report on the performance of sales programs and co-marketing initiatives; identify areas for improvement.
- Establish an engagement framework to monitor and drive progress through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
- Identify and capitalize on new market trends and partnership opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and coordinate efforts within the distribution team.
- Achieve key milestones in the first year, including the onboarding of new partners and the implementation of growth initiatives.
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing strategies and execution.
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding project management capabilities.
- Experience with National Systems Integrator (NSI) partnerships.
- Knowledge in storage, virtualization, and/or data center technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or marketing; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-national, and multi-cultural work environment.
