Customer Success Representative 1
The Nutanix Customer Success team is part of a broader ecosystem of functions focused on product adoption, renewals, retention, and accelerating revenue growth. In addition to being closely integrated with our internal Global Sales, Marketing, Channel and Support organizations, you will also have access to the growing Nutanix customer, partner, and distributor community in your region.
- Accountability for your customers’ success, increasing engagement, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the Nutanix clients and employees to work toward.
- Establishing a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each Nutanix client and driving continued value of our products and services.
- Working in tandem with clients to ensure performance against key metrics.
- Providing data analysis reports to our clients to deliver proof of value.
- Advocating for our customer needs and sharing feedback cross-departmentally.
- Proactively managing account escalations with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Experience and successful track record with a renewal and recurring revenue model.
- Knowledge of technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking.
- The ability to adopt the approach of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the process and procedure of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken language).
