Job Summary

Nutanix is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you are responsible for leading a
sales team while also selling Nutanix’s Products and Solutions through Channel Partners and interacting directly with the customers in the region.

Essential to your success is a keen ability to run a successful sales team and develop new accounts to penetrate new divisions and
organizations within your assigned accounts. Nutanix provides extraordinary support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and
Product Development departments for you to bring to bear to exceed sales performance goals. You will be working very closely with the co-
founders and VPs and have a large amount of influence on sales team decisions and initiatives.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Be a Market, Team and Channel builder drawing on solution-selling and bundling experience across multiple technologies.
  • Develop people and retain talent through natural leadership and an aim to succeed
  • Be a persuasive strength in the market, inspire through our compelling story.
  • Use a broad network of local executives.
  • Work cross-functionally teams, such as Marketing, Customer Support,Professional Service and Pre-sales.
Your Experience & skills
  • People Management experience
  • Strong datacenter and application-led sales background
  • Success in building channels
  • Strong stage presence and ability to engage and persuade (Press experience desirable)
  • A Degree in Engineering,Computer Science, Business Administration; or equivalent experience is required, a MBA preferred.
