The Opportunity
This is a 4-6 month internship with hybrid working between our Hoofddorp, NL office and home. The internship will start in February 2025.
 
Are you a motivated 4th year student with a strong interest in gender equality and data analysis, seeking an opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders on an interesting and impactful research project? If so, joining our team as a Human Resources Intern will provide you with invaluable experience in HR functions, the chance to contribute to a meaningful project exploring gender parity, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and engaging work environment.
 
About the Team
You will be a part of the People Business Partner team at Nutanix supporting EMEA, with colleagues based in France, Germany, UK, Serbia, and the Netherlands. This team is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting managers through various HR initiatives. The mission of the team is to ensure employee engagement and development while aligning with organizational goals.
 
You will report to the Senior People Business Partner and be immersed in a collaborative work environment where you’ll actively contribute ideas, take part in team initiatives, and work together to achieve business goals.
 
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in the office a minimum of 1 to 2 days per week, while the remaining days can be worked from home, allowing for a flexible work arrangement.
 
Your Role
  • Conduct research on the gender pay and performance gap within the Product Support team.
  • Analyze compliance with EU regulations regarding the gender pay gap, determining insights and recommendations.
  • Support various HR initiatives, including engagement surveys, talent reviews, employee recognition program, and performance management.
  • Prepare data-driven presentations for key stakeholders on all corporate HR programs, including quarterly business reviews.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
What You Will Bring
  • 4th year student of a Business Economics or similar degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data reporting in Excel.
  • Ability to create presentations from data and graphs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interest in gender parity and related social issues.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
