主な業務内容
- ソリューション提案と戦略立案
- お客様との対話を通じて、潜在的な技術課題や今後のビジネス計画を正確に把握
- 営業と協働し、アカウント戦略の策定、技術的ソリューションの設計、提案資料の作成
- ホワイトボードセッション、ワークショップ、製品デモを通じた提案活動の推進
- 顧客・パートナーとの関係構築
- お客様や見込み顧客の「頼れる技術アドバイザー」としての信頼関係構築
- 導入後や既存顧客に対する技術的なアフターフォロー
- 協業ベンダーやパートナー企業に対する技術支援
- 社内外でのアンバサダー活動
- お客様のフィードバックを開発・プロダクト部門へ共有し、製品改善に貢献
- イベントやセミナーでの登壇を通じた、弊社製品の認知度向上
- 特定技術領域の専門家(SME)としての知見発信、業界トレンドの継続的なキャッチアップ
求める経験・スキル(必須)
- 顧客対応を伴う技術職としての経験(目安:6〜9年程度)
- プリセールスエンジニアとしての実務経験(目安:3〜5年程度)
- 仮想化基盤(ハイパーバイザー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、サーバーハードウェア)に関する深い知見
- 複雑な技術内容をわかりやすく説明し、最適なソリューションを提案できる高いコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力(口頭・理解・文書・プレゼンテーション)
- 英語のリーディングおよびライティング能力
- 変化の激しい市場環境に柔軟に対応できる適応力と学習意欲
- 複数案件の同時進行・優先順位付けができる自己管理能力

About the Team
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Solution Proposal
- Understand potential technical challenges and future business plans through active dialogue with customers.
- Collaborate with sales to develop account strategies, design technical solutions, and create proposal materials.
- Drive proposal activities through whiteboard sessions, workshops, and product demos.
- Relationship Building with Customers & Partners
- Build strong, trusting relationships as a "reliable technical advisor" for both existing and prospective customers.
- Provide technical after-sales follow-up and support for existing customers.
- Offer technical support to alliance vendors and partner companies.
- Ambassador Activities (Internal & External)
- Share customer feedback with development and product teams to contribute to product improvement.
- Increase the visibility of our products by speaking at events and seminars.
- Disseminate knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific technical domains and continuously catch up on industry trends.
Required Experience & Skills (MUST)
- 6–9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- 3–5 years of practical experience as a Presales Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization infrastructure (hypervisors, storage, networking, and server hardware).
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex technical concepts and propose optimal solutions.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (speaking, comprehension, writing, and presentation).
- English reading and writing proficiency.
- Flexible adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly changing market environment.
- Strong self-management skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Cooperative mindset to smoothly collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity.
Preferred Experience & Skills (WANT)
- Conversational-level English speaking skills.
