Job Summary

The successful candidate will work with Nutanix stakeholders and assist in converting the Nutanix Xpert Services opportunities that were already sold, into scheduled deliverables. Through interaction with stakeholders, needs are identified, potential offerings presented, and next steps are scheduled for service delivery and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Account Teams, Services Sales Managers, Global Practice Leads and Service Delivery Managers to verify scope for new pre-paid professional services and continue cadence throughout the business cycle to close projects and recognize revenue
  • Manage the process offering solutions for undefined, pre-paid services.
    • Using available tools, offer service recommendations for consumption based on available flex credits to bring project to closure and revenue recognition
    • Work with Services Sales Managers to create Flex Credit Consumption Emails and SOW’s and drive process through DocuSign as required
  • Manage Stakeholders expectation and keep them updated on progress
  • Manage and report on the status of flex credits consumed for Nutanix Xpert Services
  • Update project status in NetSuite as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Highly organized and disciplined with customer-focused approach
  • Ability to take direction from management and complete tasks in an efficient independent manner
  • Experience in working with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, DocuSign and Google Docs a plus
  • Willingness to work in difference time zones

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Have a BA/BS or currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field
  • Project management with IT professional services experience a plus
