Job Role Description:

The Sales enablement organization is seeking a highly motivated person to fill the SE Enablement role in EMEA.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to work at an EMEA level, collaborating and partnering with SE & Sales leadership, SME’s and WW Pre-sales enablement.  This role can be a platform for the right person to build their leadership skills, so is ideal for someone with future management/ leadership aspirations.

The role is to work as the Business Partner to EMEA SE Leadership consulting on the provision of Skills, Solutions and Technical training to the entire EMEA technical salesforce. There will be some facilitation and delivery of Pre-Sales focused training, role-playing, program organization and content creation. 

The ideal candidate will have a blend of three core skills/ knowledge areas

  • Organizational skills to develop the SE enablement plan for EMEA -  project/programme management experience  OR the ability to demonstrate where you have used these skills before
  • Facilitation/ presentation skills to engage their audience in rich workshops and enablement sessions
  • Solid technical background across Nutanix portfolio, bringing credibility – and importantly the ability to work with SME’s to build relevant content at the right level.

Reporting To: Director, Field Sales Enablement, EMEA

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with EMEA SE Management to deliver Pre-Sales objectives by creating specific training development plans for Pre- Sales teams.
  • Drive those training plans into the relevant Pre-Sales Organisation, working closely with the Management team and HR.
  • Responsible for the schedule of training for pre-sales in EMEA,
  • Helps to co-ordinate EMEA candidates’ involvement in global new hire onboarding.
  • Conducts facilitation/training where appropriate.
  • Provide on-going consultation and coaching.
  • Engage with the Sales leaders, Business Unit leaders, Marketing and Global Sales Training to develop/deliver the training calendar for EMEA. Including: Product trainings, Vendor led trainings, locally required trainings, etc
  • Interlock with stakeholders to define development needs and to provide training updates.
  • Training effectiveness performance review against OKR’s.
  • Maintain records of training to provide accurate intelligence into informed training suggestion/assignment.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree level education probably in IT or Computer Science
  • Min 5 years of working experience preferably in a technical sales or pre-sales environment.
  • Experience of Software or Solution sales to Direct, Global Account and Channel Sales desirable
  • Consulting Skills for the development of Training and Sales Programs including
    • Ability to design basic training modules.
    • Needs assessment/ Diagnostic skills.
    • Vendor research and evaluation skills
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical English Language skills are essential
