About the role
Our client is the leading venture-backed provider of Application Relationship Management software, enabling complex, global enterprises to discover and protect the relationships between users, digital assets, and data. 
We are looking for a Product Analyst who will be at the core of product planning and development, steering the team towards data-driven insights that shape our products and their lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with Product Stakeholders: Engage closely with product stakeholders to uncover strategic insights and unearth new questions vital for understanding business and user behavior dynamics
  • Market Performance Evaluation: Identify market performance indicators and trends, harnessing customer feedback data to assess product performance and discern areas for enhancement
  • Customer Feedback Collection: Conduct comprehensive interviews, facilitate focus groups, and utilize polls to gather diverse customer feedback, crucial for evaluating product efficacy
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze gathered data to derive actionable insights aimed at product enhancement and competitive positioning within the market
  • Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting mechanisms for key performance metrics, streamlining decision-making processes for management 
Job Skills/Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
-  Demonstrated proficiency in experiment design/execution, stakeholder management, deep analytics, and product strategy formulation.
- Proven track record in implementing and evolving product analytics frameworks, fostering user insights, guiding product decisions, and evaluating product performance.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and user experience tools like Google Analytics and Matomo. Familiarity with statistical tools, data extraction techniques, and modeling is beneficial.
- Ability to articulate complex findings in an accessible manner, facilitating informed business decisions based on derived insights.
- Experience in experiment-driven product development, encompassing various experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and principles of causal inference is desired
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders possessing diverse technical expertise levels. 
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
- Capable of designing a moderately sized software project, putting together a project plan to accomplish it, tracking progress, and executing it with a team
- Able to see the big picture of how systems interact with one another
