Our client is a global technology company that designs, develops, and manufactures software and hardware solutions to enable a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility
As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will design, create, test, and build back-end solutions for AI Tools. Creativity and self-motivation are essential for this role. Our client has a team of experts leveraging AI to provide tools for their engineers. With global teams, they create and deliver solutions that utilize Gen AI technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable back-end systems for the client's AI Products
- Collaborate with Front-end developers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Scientists, and other team members
- Write and test product development code
- Participate in or lead design reviews with team and stakeholders
- Work as a developer of a globally distributed team.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices
- Write and review technical documents
Job Skills/Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- 5+ years of Backend Engineering experience with a focus on Python (ideally Python 3)
- Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Experience with AWS and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with software design, and architecture
- Experience in building RESTful API
- Experience with starting projects from scratch, and production delivery
- Experience in writing unit tests
- Experience with Git, build tools, and CI/CD workflow
- Documentation skills
- Ability to start a project from scratch without an existing code base
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with DevOps
- Experience with React 18+ and TypeScript 5+
