What you will do

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Sr. Content Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of evidence to showcase customer success including digital advertising, e-books, and promotional video. This execution includes drafting of scripts and coordination with the video production company under the guidance of the marketing director, as well as providing support for and reviewing content referencing customer evidence work (research reports, articles newsletters, campaign plans, etc.). The Content Marketing Manager works closely with the Customer Growth, Product, and Leadership teams to recruit and manage high-touch reference relationships across the NRC Health customer base and in turn, works with client presenters to tell stories demonstrating the use and benefits of NRC solutions for purpose of podium use at NRC Health conferences and beyond. This also role identifies and onboards new customer advocates and partners with product development to document and produce evidence for beta programs.


What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4 – 5 years experience in customer references, communications or marketing OR equivalent experience and knowledge of the NRC Health brand
  • Ability to travel 5 – 10% and fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless eligible for accommodation  
  • NRC Health requires all U.S. associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless entitled to an accommodation
