What you will do

In a fast-paced organization like NRC Health, it’s important to have energetic self-starters that drive our growth process. As an Account Development Manager (Inside Sales Representative), you are a key member of our Customer Growth team who executes outbound strategies and serves as the first point of contact for c-suite executives to transform their organization while utilizing NRC Health solutions. You also coordinate current customer growth opportunities by collaboratively strategizing upselling and cross-selling methods with your team to build enterprise level accounts. Finally, our dedicated training team ensures you develop relevant skills to advance your career within NRC Health. You’ll participate in solution and industry training as well as polish your sales skills through continuous learning opportunities, including exposure to the ChallengerTM sales method. This training will help prepare you to have insight-driven sales conversations, which are critical for mastering the B2B consultative sales process.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 2 years sales experience required; UNL Sales Certificate a plus
  • A demonstrated interest in and aptitude for strategic sales with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Experience in a professional environment and proven communication skills
  • High learning agility and ability to think critically
  • Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred
