What you will do: 

As the Vice President of Customer Strategy, you will play a key role in the growth and success of NRC Health. You will be responsible for holding your team accountable to a progressive and evolving approach to growing our current customer base, engaging our customers at the executive level, and driving the Growth Team culture across NRC Health. You will continually drive new business by working with the team to identify strategies, cultivate key contacts, position our business, and develop robust account plans that grow our reoccurring contracts. You will also implement KPIs in order to measure, monitor and improve individual performance. You will be accountable to specific business objectives such as growth and retention as well as ensuring customers see the value of partnering with NRC Health. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing NRC Health’s strategic vision and will work collaboratively across the functional areas of NRC Health to ensure customers are represented through every facet of the evolution of our Voice of Customer platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting experienced leaders and developing top performers for each role within the Growth Team. You will follow the established processes for growth and retention within your team that is consistent amongst all Growth Teams, to ensure common processes and customer experiences.  

 

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years previous leadership experience in a business development and/or customer success environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless eligible for an accommodation
  • Prior experience in healthcare required
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated interest in and proven track record in customer service and sales
  • Experience building and facilitating relationships with C-level executives
