What you will do:  
As the Vice President of Customer Strategy, you will play a key role in customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth for NRC Health. You will be accountable for leading a team of customer success associates. This team will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, high quality and timely delivery, and strategic excellence.   
 
You will be required to engage our customers at the executive level, and act as the executive customer voice to our healthcare partners.  In addition, you will continually work to retain and drive new business by guiding the team to identify strategies, cultivate key contacts, position our business, and develop robust account plans that grow our reoccurring contracts.  
 
You will also implement KPIs to measure, monitor and improve individual performance, as well as team performance. You will be accountable to specific business objectives such as growth and retention as well as ensuring customers see the value of partnering with NRC Health.  
 
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing NRC Health’s strategic vision, both internally and externally. You will act as a brand ambassador and work collaboratively across the functional areas of NRC Health to ensure customers are represented through every facet of the evolution of our Human Understanding™ Program. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing top performers for each role within your prevue. You will promote, and in some cases, help develop standardized processes that positively impact the customer experience as well as the overall success of NRC. Health.    
 
What you need 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years previous leadership experience in a business development and/or customer success environment
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Prior experience in healthcare required
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated interest in and proven track record in customer service and sales
  • Experience building and facilitating relationships with C-level executives 
 
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
