What you will do

As a Conference Services Specialist, you will work as a part of the Conference Services team to market and produce all virtual and live events, webinars, forums, summits, symposiums, and conferences. You will create and organize speaker contracts, accreditation forms, and resources for onsite events. Additionally, you will assist with shipping all materials and equipment to and from event locations.  And you will assist with the preparation and organization of accreditation requirements for all education events. You will also attend and work each event, providing the utmost member experience.


What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless eligible for accommodation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • NRC Health requires all U.S. associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless entitled to an accommodation

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years’ experience in an integral administrative and/or conference event planning business-driven role
