What you will do

As a Project Specialist, you will serve as the customer-facing technical expert across our products and solutions. You will handle integrations for Monitor platform during implementation, and will partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables. These responsibilities include answering technical questions, validating number of client profiles, and monthly check in’s with Real-time Feedback and Transparency for listing updates. Additionally, you will attend customer calls, provide regular updates to customers and internal teams, and work collaboratively to ensure customer success.


What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems

Would be nice

  • SEO (guidance during setup) and/or Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
