What you will do

The Training Strategist is responsible for analyzing training and process needs, developing curriculum and delivering content supporting the growth and development of new and existing Growth Team associates; specifically Customer Success Managers and Customer Strategists. You will build and maintain working relationships with leaders across the Growth Team to understand key business objectives, priorities, and direction to ensure the training strategy is properly aligned with strategic intents of the business unit. You will prepare associates to accomplish results that support NRC Health’s strategic goals. You will evaluate the quality and effectiveness of internal and external training/educational offerings and make continual adjustments to ensure continuous improvement in our training approach. You will ensure training materials are clear, concise, and logically written and develop content that is multi-faceted and appeals to a variety of learning styles. You will bridge education efforts to ensure Customer Success Managers and Customer Strategists are educated on NRC’s solutions portfolio.

 

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years training experience required
  • Sales training experience, such as Challenger, preferred
  • NRC Health customer success and/or sales product experience, preferred
  • NRC Health requires all U.S. associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless entitled to an accommodation.
