What you will do

As a Data Specialist in Market Insights you, with the guidance of our Data Specialist team, will be responsible for maintaining the national monthly survey from start to finish. This includes compiling survey question requests, advising on question development and survey best-practices, as well as programming, configuring, and conducting quality checks on the ongoing monthly survey and sampling quotas. Additionally, you will frequently interact with outside vendors to maintain our survey platform and facilitate the flow of panelists through our survey. This position requires extremely diligent tracking, obsessive detail-orientation, and precise documentation in order to flawlessly execute for our customers. Where anomalies or issues do exist, the Data Specialist will conduct thorough troubleshooting and handle any issues with integrity. Finally, the Data Specialist will interface with Product Development and Engineering to ensure results are accurately displayed in the reporting portal and they will serve as a technical resource for Sales, Service, Operations, and Analytics.
