What you will do
As a UX Researcher, you play a crucial role on our design team by implementing a data-driven design process, converting insights and user research into intuitive, user-centric features for our solutions. This role implements data analytics and user research best practices to drive user-centric design solutions within the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement analytics to our existing and new products 
  • Leverage data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization techniques to inform and optimize the user experience  
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, including user feedback surveys, usability testing, and user interviews, to gather insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs  
  • Utilize tools such as web analytics, heatmaps, and user session recordings to analyze and interpret user data 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to implement data-driven design solutions 
  • Help enhance, maintain, and utilize a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all NRC digital products 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions 
  • Present design concepts and data-driven insights to stakeholders, including board members and C-level executives, to gain support and drive design initiatives 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, analytics, and healthcare technology. 
 
What you need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design with a strong focus on analytics and user research
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual representations and actionable insights
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
 
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $135,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
