What you will do 
The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our innovative healthcare experience solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring timely and successful launches. You’ll develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates our solutions in the marketplace. This role also leads campaigns and marketing automations functions to execute marketing strategies as well as creates and implements effective marketing strategies aligning with the company's overall business objectives that drive brand awareness and product adoption. This role partners with Sales Enablement to develop sales materials including demonstrations, presentations, and competitive battlecards. You’ll also work closely with the content marketing team to identify needs for and to develop high-quality marketing collateral, including product brochures, website content, blog posts, white papers, and case studies. This role also leads the win/loss analysis program to understand decision making, incorporate learnings into deal strategy, and communicate findings with sales and sales enablement leadership. 
 
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications field
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience required; healthcare and/or B2B experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in product marketing, including product launch
  • MS Office Suite required, familiarity with social media and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
 
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $168,250, exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MD, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, candidates must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
