What you will do

As a Customer Strategist/Account Executive, you are a key member of the Customer Growth Team who expands business through sales to current and prospective healthcare organizations. You’ll strategize with Growth Team members to navigate this complex sale, which requires teaming with multiple decision-makers, a working knowledge of the healthcare industry, and a thorough understanding of NRC Health’s solutions.  In addition, you’ll challenge clients to think differently about their business while building relationships, demonstrating solutions, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. Finally, you’ll participate in solution and industry training, as well as advance your expertise through continuous learning opportunities, including mastery of the ChallengerTM sales method. Challenger TM will equip you to lead insight-driven sales conversations with customers as you move them toward Human Understanding.


What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years sales experience
  • UNL Sales Certificate a plus
  • A demonstrated interest in and aptitude for strategic sales with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred
  • High learning agility and ability to think critically
  • The ability to travel up to 40% and fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless eligible for accommodation
  • A valid driver’s license is required
