Water Parks Cameron Run Regional Park & Great Waves Waterpark


The Site Supervisor at Cameron Run Regional Park oversees the daily cash handling operations at the park, waterpark, and seasonal light show, supervising seasonal staff, and providing a high level of customer service- in person, on the phone, and managing reservations. This position is part-time, up to 40 hours per week, with health benefits offered.  

Pay Rate:  $17.50 per hour  

Major Duties/Specific Tasks 

  • Provide oversight and management of the daily cash handling operations for the park, waterpark, and light show.
  • Assist in supervision of cashiers, rangers, and attendants.
  • Work with staff and bank personnel to reconcile errors.
  • Prepare and maintain cash counts and records and submit in a timely manner.
  • Assist with ordering of resale merchandise and supplies, verifying deliveries, and maintaining proper records.
  • Assist with inventory controls and monthly inventories.
  • Prepare a variety of reports.
  • Order and track office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean work area to include, but not limited to picking up trash, emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and light maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide a high level of customer support through face-to-face interactions, phone, social media, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain reservation software for birthday parties, groups, cabana and shelter rentals.
  • Maintain Eventbrite communications, transfers, refunds, and reconciliation reports.
  • Create schedule for part time staff.
  • Maintain recruitment spreadsheets, assist with hiring events.
  • Report unsafe conditions, theft, or illegal actions to the Manager on Duty.
  • Ensure daily deposit is taken to the bank nightly; order additional change fund.
  • Assist Park Manager/Department Manager in directing daily operations at the park, waterpark, and light show including admissions, concessions, and retail operations.
  • Attend staff meetings; conduct regular in-service training on cash handling and customer service.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Park Manager or Manager on Duty.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Graduation from high school with one year of experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and other basic computer applications.
  • Strong phone, email, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with staff and customers.
  • Ability to complete daily reports and maintain records.
  • Strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks, including lifting, stooping, bending, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties including custodial tasks.
  • Availability to work a variable work schedule, which may include early and late hours, and weekends and holidays.
  • Required to purchase and wear standard uniform.
