About the role
The Coordinator, Online and Continuing Education (OCE) supports the development, delivery, and management of online and continuing education programs at the University of Notre Dame Australia. The position works closely with academic staff, instructional designers, external partners, and students to ensure high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery and evaluation of online and continuing education programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with academic staff, instructional designers, and administrators to support program quality, online pedagogy, and compliance.
- Monitor student engagement and provide support to at-risk learners.
- Support onboarding, enrolment, and program promotion activities.
- Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and community organisations.
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Degree in education, business, or a related field, with relevant experience.
- Experience coordinating online or continuing education programs.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and digital tools.
- Experience working in Catholic or values-based institutions.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with university systems (e.g., LMS, CRM, finance systems).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to the mission and values of the University of Notre Dame Australia.
