About the Office

Campus Infrastructure and Facilities Division deliver comprehensive property and facilities management operations to the University community by using integrated systems and services to support the University’s teaching and learning, research endeavours and strategic objectives.

About the role

This role is responsible for providing Campus reception and administration support within the Fremantle Campus Services team to ensure the effective operation of the team and the University.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Provide ‘front-of-house’ support including Campus reception duties and local event support as required.
  • Build effective working relationships and provide quality responses to a wide range of queries, whilst liaising closely with other areas of the organisation.
  • Apply policies, practices and standards under general direction to organise and prioritise work.
  • Ability to work accurately with detailed information; including data entry; data validation and resolution of relevant issues.

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Completion of a Certificate III (Business) or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Demonstration of competency in using Microsoft 365 desktop apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide professional and service oriented written & verbal correspondence, as well as dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Standard use of a range of desktop-based programs, including Microsoft Office suite.
