People and Culture is a team of strategic HR professionals providing client focused, proactive and effective solutions and services for all UNDA employees. This position works in the People Services Team and reports to the Talent Acquisition, Team Leader
 
About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of roles on a national scale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Building and maintaining critical relationships and proactive communication are key to the success of this role.

This role will be based in Broadway and be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of an important, high volume portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

         Lead high-volume recruitment requests, managing multiple roles simultaneously.

         Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

         Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

         Oversee the pre-employment checks and offer process.

         Utilise various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract top-quality candidates.

         Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

         Manage and maintain candidate information using the Jobvite applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

         Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or related field); or equivalent training and experience.

         Proven experience in working in a high-volume recruitment environment in a complex organisation

         Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

         Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.

         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
