    People and Culture provides strategic, procedural, and legislative support and advice covering – Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, Workforce Planning, Strategy and Transformation, Workplace Health and Safety, Employee Services, Recruitment, and HR Technology Systems.
    The Organisational Development and Health, Safety & Wellbeing (OD & HSW) team fosters a positive and productive workplace environment by implementing initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness and engagement, promote a safe and healthy work environment, and support the overall wellness of our workforce.
     
    ABOUT THE ROLE
         
    Support the implementation of learning, organisational development and wellbeing activities and programs by coordinating the organisation and delivery of training and events; coordinating, administering, and providing advice on a range of policies and processes; responding to queries; and support the operations of the OD team.
          
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Coordinate, administer and support the organisation and delivery of both face-to-face and online OD & HSW training, induction and events including:
    • Scheduling and maintaining training calendars, communications, and invitations.
    • Organising logistics such as booking venues, catering, and equipment.
    • Organising attendance of programs, training materials, recording training completion and issuing feedback surveys.
    • Monitoring and maintaining training completion and producing reports.
    • Monitoring HSW training registers and schedule training for individuals in identified roles (e.g., HSR, First Aid).
    • Arranging the payment of invoices and tracking the processing of invoices and contracts.
    • Coordinate, administer and provide advice on OD policies, procedures and processes including:
    • Study Support including Financial Assistance, and Family Study Discount.
    • Career Development Fund.
    • Induction, including compliance learning modules and face-to-face orientation sessions.
    • Employee Awards.
    • 360o survey feedback process administration.
    • Manage OD inboxes and respond to first level queries, providing advice, guidance and coordinating referral/advice on complex queries.
    • Draft communications, update website content, user guides, FAQs, fact sheets, posters, and notice boards.
     
    ABOUT YOU
    • Relevant qualifications in HR and/or extensive relevant experience in HR and/or learning and development, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    • Experience in administering an online Learning Management System or HR Information System.
    • Excellent attention to detail, including time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and to work under pressure to deliver outcomes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proven customer service skills and ability to identify, analyse and solve operational problems.
