ABOUT THE ROLE     
This position works in collaboration with academic and professional colleagues to provide effective and efficient administrative support for the Health Science and Physiotherapy.     
  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Provide effective and efficient high level administrative support and assist the Director of Clinical Education in supervising the administrative function within clinical education area.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare accurate minutes and organise correspondence for meetings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compiling and assisting with reports, typing of correspondence, submissions, statistical summaries and data sets, and other similar material as required,
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and University stakeholders by providing quality responses to a wide range of queries, whilst liaising closely with other areas of the organisation.
  • Support and maintenance of internal databases and registers and management of day-to-day requirements of the office.
  • Assisting the Director of Clinical Education and/or their delegate with the management and review of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms.
  • Support procurement and finance processes as required.
  • Provide regular liaison with various leaders across University departments to ensure effective and productive collaboration.
ABOUT YOU     
   
  • Tertiary qualified 
  • Administrative experience, preferably within an education and Health care environment will be highly regarded
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, engage and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent operational, organisational and administration skills including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • High level of competency in various software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio), Adobe, In-Design, and placement database SONIA
  • Proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
