Position Summary:

Call Center Representatives use their knowledge of Big Blue Truck (BBT) services to provide 5-star customer service to our external customers and assist with general inquiries. They speak with our diverse customer base, listen to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer potential solutions. Will act as a backup for the Donation Station Attendant role, physically accepting donated goods. The BBT prides itself on having a team mentality where staff collaborate and work together towards a common goal.

Location: Seatac

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available

Wage: $16-$17/hour
