We are hiring a Lead Teacher to develop and implement positive, nurturing, and stimulating programs suited for the children's individual developmental needs from birth to five years. In this role, the Teacher will partner with a co-teacher to plan developmentally appropriate activities, conduct child assessments, collaborate with therapists, and maintain strong and supportive relationships with families. Our ideal candidate is patient, committed, adaptable, engaging, and team-oriented.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 6 PM
Wage: $36,500.00 - $50,000.00 DOE + $750 hiring bonus!
*$250 to be paid out after 30 days of employment, and $500 to be paid out after 90 days of employment*

- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years experience
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
