Join Northwest Center in partnership with Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) and Amazon PxT to lead the Dogs at Work (DAW) program – an innovative employee benefit offered at select Amazon corporate sites across North America. As the DAW Manager, you’ll shape the vision and growth of this unique program, driving operational excellence, compliance, and community engagement. You’ll oversee dog registration, manage escalations, and lead creative events that strengthen employee experience, all while building strong partnerships across Amazon’s corporate ecosystem. Starting Salary: $86,986 -$99,278 per year | Full Salary Range $86,985 - $111,571 per year

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Partner with the Program Manager, Community Services, to support budget planning, financial forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Contribute to business proposals and contracts for new program opportunities.
- Identify potential program challenges and opportunities by analyzing the root causes and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement timely, effective solutions.
- Monitor daily service levels and KPIs, including qualitative measures.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track program performance.
- Manage the program’s online wiki, ensuring clear, up-to-date information for customers.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and documentation for program operations.
- Lead the creation and distribution of a monthly engagement newsletter.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all dog-program elements, including building requirements, amenities, and events.
- Support the growth of the DAW program in partnership with GREF and JLL stakeholders.
- Design and deliver program-related training for participants and stakeholders.
Customer Experience
- Lead community engagement by coordinating monthly events with vendor partners, internal teams, and employees.
- Manage customer-facing inboxes and provide timely responses to questions, updates, and escalations.
- Maintain the centralized dog registration system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Support resolution of customer concerns by partnering with management, program owners, and HR Business Partners.
- Create engaging educational content and facilitate virtual and in-person events, including Doggie Days, Happy Pawlidays, and seminars.
Requirements
Education
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
- 4+ years of program management experience, including compliance and community engagement.
- Prior experience in facilities or property management; lease negotiations is a plus.
- Prior experience in employee assets tracking management system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management tools.

- Ability to plan, safely execute, and scale ideas.
- Must be able to frequently carry and lift a backpack containing a laptop and other supplies, up to 50 pounds, as well as carry supplies to other buildings
- It is a combination of desk and actively visiting several Amazon buildings so the ability to move consistently within a 1.5 radius is required.
- Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasionally arriving early, staying late on a moment’s notice and occasional evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to travel domestically.
- This is a dog friendly environment with over 1000 dogs on campus. Individuals with dog allergies or those who do not particularly care for dogs may not be the best fit.
