Our supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff and ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out by contracted specifications and quality standards. Location: Ballard, WA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM 
Wage: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour 
Additional Compensation: $4.93 Per Hour Health & Welfare

Essential Duties: 
  • Overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff within a designated geographical area of contract sites
  • Knowledgeable in floorcare 
  • Ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out by contracted specifications and quality standards
  • Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the custodial team by performing time studies and staff evaluations
  • Regularly collecting quality data and record keeping, such as daily logs, employee time sheets, and work reports
  • Monitoring and maintaining supply inventory control of the designated geographical area
  • Investigating and reporting any accidents, incidents, or damage to property
  • Conducting monthly safety inspections of all NWC supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining knowledge and skills pertaining to the time study and contractual processes as required



Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in custodial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
