Driving SeaTac, Washington


Position Summary:

This role is responsible for providing residential pick-up, serve as an attendant at assigned donation stations, completing assigned routes including bin service and maintenance, performing general warehouse functions and completing store delivery services to support the success of the BBT. This is a customer facing position and will be providing information to the public pertaining to Northwest Center’s mission, the disposition of donated goods, and the positive impact their donations have on the services we provide. The BBT prides itself on having a team mentality where staff collaborate and work together towards a common goal.

Location: Seatac

Schedule: Full Time. We offer 4/10 shifts 7 days a week

Wage: $19-$21/hour

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to work flexible hours that are subject to change
  • Follow guidelines for safe lifting, carrying, and stacking
  • Ability to lift, carry and organize up to 50lbs consistently; up to 70lbs occasionally
  • Ability to physically get in and out of a truck consistently throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to walk for extended periods of time, including on uneven surfaces
  • Ability to kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop and twist at the knees/waist/neck
  • Ability to handle and grasp
  • Repetitive arm motion
  • Work outside in all types of weather, with exposure to humidity, cold, heat and/or sun
