We are looking for an Inclusion & Belonging Collective (IBC) Director. You will work to build a new consulting and training program that advances NWC's vision to close the employment gap for people with disabilities. The IBC Director will be responsible to build a sustainable and meaningful external-facing solution for corporate disability inclusion.

 

Location: Renton, WA + Local Travel Required
Hybrid work options available

Salary: $80k - $100k DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
  • Experienced voice and participant with work involving disability inclusion, racial equity, anti-racism, and the intersectional experience of oppressed groups
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional planning skills
  • Strong business analysis skills combined with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Previous experience as Training Director, Training Manager, Program Director, or similar role preferred

 

Essential Duties:

Program Development and Leadership:

  • Leading in planning and establishing the IBC program including formulating key outcomes, resources, and initiatives
  • Identifying and engaging stakeholders including diverse communities and advisory groups
  • Developing relationships with potential customers, partners, and service providers
  • Partnering with marketing to create engaging campaigns for IBC growth and expansion
  • Analyzing and collecting data to ensure program milestones and objectives are achieved
  • Risk mitigation through guidance on how to avoid and prioritize risks related to accounts

Training and Consulting:

  • Creating and implementing IBC’s strategy for training and consulting initiatives and offerings
  • Partnering with NWC staff and outside resources to help identify and execute training directives
  • Cultivating coaching strategies and addressing/overseeing the resolution of conflicts or disputes relating to disability inclusion and overall DEI initiatives and activities
  • Maintaining awareness of global issues and trends in disability inclusion and advocacy to keep training and consultant information current
  • Delivering presentations to communicate progress, outcomes, and products to both internal and external stakeholders
