Exceptional Leadership Opportunity:  Chief Financial Officer


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with major engagement with the Executive team and the Board of Directors, the Chief Financial Officer will be a key supporter of strategic growth initiatives, capital investment, and accounting and financial reporting.  Attracting and retaining talent to build a strong financial infrastructure for the future will be a critical skill. 

 

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven record of building cohesive, highly productive teams
  • Commitment to execution excellence in all aspects of internal customer service across various business units
  • Exemplary communication skills appropriate to each of the Board, the Executive Team, managers and staff
  • Sound financial administration leadership skills and deep understanding of financial accounting systems, audit, budget and financial forecasting and GAAP accounting
  • Understanding of financial risk and compliance management
  • Willingness to support work at both the granular and strategic level
  • Drive to create long term models that support new initiatives and creative growth
  • Diverse work experience in a variety of settings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ten+ years of progressive more complex management experience
  • A. or higher, advanced degree a plus
  • CPA or equivalent – need not be current; CMA a plus
  • Experience in multiple business environments
