The Northwest Center @ Amazon team operates in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment where we provide professional 5-star customer service across several program divisions. This role will support and welcome Amazon employees during new hire and continuous development training sessions.
As a Sr. PXT Ambassador, you are the first point of contact to welcome and greet employees during their training sessions. You will be responsible for onboarding and assisting with training to optimize customer experience. You will manage registration and logistics for events and meetings, collect and analyze data, and assist with new initiatives and process improvements. You will be an on-site contact for catering, room setup, and AV Issues and perform light troubleshooting as needed. This role requires increased autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as the sole on-site support staff.
An individual who will be successful in this role has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, and the ability to operate successfully with generalized direction and guidelines for specific processes. This position is located onsite on Amazon’s campus and will require flexibility in work schedule based on event needs.

Location: Seattle, WA + Bellevue, WA
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday: 8am-5pm, Wednesday & Thursday, 8am - 2:00pm
Starting Hourly Rate: $26.16 per hour | Full Hourly Rate: $26.16 - $31.69 per hour

What You Will Do
- Oversee registration and logistics for events and meetings while also serving as the primary point of contact for various operational support functions.
- Manage attendance of new hires
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for assigned projects and successful task completion, with an ability to work independently and out of line of sight from other team members for all or part of shift.
- Assist with new tasks, initiatives, processes, or projects needed to support evolving team requirements, other NWC divisions, and asks from Amazon partners. Is not change adverse and demonstrates adaptability as business needs develop and shift.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge to address customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Audit, verify, manipulate, and report data within various systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, and Salesforce).
- Partner with multiple stakeholders within Amazon across NA and EU and third-party teams
- Provide customer education, support, and information regarding facilities and campus resources.
- Hand out swag, badges, computers, and any other additional items during orientation.
- Manage onboarding and assist with training to optimize customer experience.
- Act on process improvements using SOPs and best practices.
- Be attentive and provide exceptional, professional customer service to Amazon employees.
- Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to Amazon employee issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.
- Hours will have varied start and end times due to move and scheduling needs. Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends.
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED required.Associate preferred.
- Minimum 2-year customer service, event staffing, or administrative support experience.
- Experience in customer service, event management, or administrative support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; polite and professional verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce, Qualtrics, or similar CRM/survey tools.
- Demonstrate customer-focused attitude, providing positive customer service, both in person and virtually.
- Positive, upbeat attitude and able to get along with everyone.
- Must be reliable and punctual with excellent organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Must be able to frequently carry and lift a backpack containing a laptop and other supplies, up to 50 pounds.
- May need to carry supplies to other buildings.
- Support adjusting furniture or working with the onsite team to help facilitate furniture needs.
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods (up to 8 hours per workday).
- The ability to move consistently within a 1.5-mile radius is required.
